AGM 2010

The 2010 AGM was held on 28th April 2010. Chairman Allan Tyler stepped down after eight years and Philip Baker was appointed in his place. David Heasman was appointed deputy chairman and Christine Tristram was re-elected as secretary and Michael Manning was re-elected as treasure.

AGM 2007: Donations

The Chairman, Allan Tyler, reported that he had written a letter in support of grant applications to the Football Foundation and Mid Sussex District Council by East Grinstead Town Football Club. The club was in the process of upgrading their ground to comply with new Football Association regulations. This was essential if they were to remain in the Sussex League. The members agreed to offer a grant of £8400 towards the upgrading work. It was also decided to seek quotations for the repair and resurfacing of the access road to the club. More...

The company owns approximately 100 acres of land including 47.5 acres of Ashplats Wood. It lease some land to, and financially assists, East Grinstead Town Football Club and East Grinstead Target Shooting Club. The remainder of the estate is leased to and maintained by Mid Sussex District Council. More...

Future of the Estate

In 1973 the estate was leased to the then newly formed Mid Sussex District Council to manage and maintain for a period of 21 years. This lease was renewed in 1995 for a further 40 years.
