AGM 2009
Attempts to relocate East Grinstead Town Football Club and East Grinstead Target Shooting Club continued during the year. Two additional possible sites were identified and negotiations continue.
The lease to EGTSC is being renewed and the Company made a grant to them to assist the replacement of their heating fuel tank.
A new bathroom was fitted to the lodge and a rent review is due in 2009.
Ashplats Conservation Group designed a leaflet to publicise their work and attract more volunteers. The Company supported the costs of production and distribution and is extremely grateful for their work. The Company funds the group and three members sit on the Council.
A photographic exhibition entitled "Images of Sussex" is to be held from 6th June 2009 until 27th September near to the children's playground.
