East Court Estate

The company owns approximately 100 acres of land including 47.5 acres of Ashplats Wood. It lease some land to, and financially assists, East Grinstead Town Football Club and East Grinstead Target Shooting Club. The remainder of the estate is leased to and maintained by Mid Sussex District Council.
